What Self-Builders Need

• Provisional BER: We assess your architect's drawings and confirm Part L compliance before your commencement notice. If the design needs adjustments, we advise on the most practical changes.

• Airtightness test: We'll advise on the ideal timing and help you prepare. Good preparation typically means a better result — and a better BER.
• Final BER cert: On-site inspection, as-built calculation, and SEAI registration. You'll have your certificate for your solicitor and your bank.
