• Build-phase support: We're available throughout construction for compliance queries — insulation substitutions, heating system changes, window spec updates.
• Airtightness testing: Scheduled to fit your programme. We test at the optimum build stage and can batch multiple units in a single visit.
• Final BER certificates: Systematic as-built assessments with SEAI registration. We work through units in phase order to match your sales programme.
